The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SAN ANDRES, Catanduanes through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers /manufacturers /distributors /contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the supply and delivery of the following:

     The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF SAN ANDRES now invites bids for various infrastructure projects, office & janitorial supplies, machine, office furniture, office & IT equipments. The minimum required completion of the delivery is within 60 calendar days. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bidders should have completed, within 120 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
      Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass-fail” criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino Citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with atleast seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA 5183 and subject to Commonwealth Act 138.
       Interested bidders may obtain further information from the LGU-San Andres Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the bidding documents from June 15 – July 10, 2017, 9am to 4pm.
       A complete set of bidding documents maybe purchased by interested bidders on June 15 – July 10, 2017, 9am to 4pm from the LGU-BAC, San Andres, Catanduanes and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand One Hundred Pesos (P 3,100.00) for Item I, Two Thousand Pesos (P 2,000.00) for Items II, One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 1,500.00) for Item III, and One Thousand Pesos (P 1,000.00) for Item IV to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office Cashier.
      The Municipal Government of SAN ANDRES Bids and Awards Committee will hold a Pre-bid Conference on June 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the BAC, LGU-San Andres, Catanduanes, which shall open to all interested parties.
       Bids must be delivered on or before July 10, 2017 at 9:30A.M., at the Municipal Budget Office, LGU-San Andres, Catanduanes. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
             
       Bid opening shall be on July 10, 2017 at 10:00a.m. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
       The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN ANDRES reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
